We are in Madagascar, 50km south of Morombe, near to fishermen "Bezo (Vezu)" village ofi Ampasilava and Andavadoaka. There are no medical support in this area. The nearest hospital is 180km far. Streets are often terrible; it can take the people 2-3 days to reach there by wagon or by boat.
